Project: Product Availability Matrix
Client: Sprint, International Division

Sprint Business International provides business-to-business communications products and services abroad.

For over two years Sprint had attempted to create a viable solution that would allow customers and sales representatives to evaluate the availability of Sprint and Sprint partners' products between international locations. The project was complicated by the fact that product lines were managed by various autonomous business entities, and product information was not standardized.

Wild-Webs met and coordinated with each business entity to create a plan for the project and a roadmap for development of the proposed solution - a Product Availability Matrix.  Wild-Webs created a prototype database-driven application that was used as the foundation for the final solution which was integrated into sprint.com an Sprint's intranet.

Wild-Webs was able to complete the project in less than four weeks.
