Client: reTools.biz

reTools.biz provides Kansas City real estate listing information to Realtors^® for inclusion in their websites. Maintenance of online database information and images for each listing was a three hour process each day.

Wild-Webs created several applications to automate the daily maintenance process. Database updates for over 30,000 listings are automatically executed each day and over 2,000 images are manipulated, and FTP'd to the production server each day. Furthermore, processes were put in place to validate raw listing data and alert staff of errors.

The solution resulted in significant time savings and allowed for staff to focus on other critical aspects of the business.
