This client's sales force requires one administrative assistant to support every six sales associates. The role of the administrative assistant is labor intensive and requires specialized training to ensure that compliance with government requirements is met.

Wild-Webs was retained by the client to document the tasks performed by the office support staff and to develop the requirements for a browser-based, intranet application to simplify administrative functions.  Wild-Webs developed a detailed plan for the application that recognized the work flow requirements and technology requirements of the application.

When complete, the application will automate routine support functions, ensure compliance with government requirements, improve accuracy, track sales cycles and reduce costs. Preliminary estimates indicate that the application, when complete, will allow one administrative assistant to support up to 40 sales associates - a reduction in staffing requirements of over 600%.
