| Showcase   1.6 Million Products and Counting  24x7 Sales Force Support  Project: E-commerce & Sales Force Support Applications Client: Hillyard, Inc. Hillyard, Inc. is a manufacturer and marketer of premier cleaning and maintenance products for institutional, healthcare, commercial, industrial, government, and retail establishments. Hillyard desired a flexible e-commerce solution that would permit products to be categorized in a variety of ways: by function, special promotions and by cleaning programs. They also required that they be able to maintain the site in-house. The solution provided by Wild-Webs resulted in an online catalog that currently showcases over 1.6 million cleaning and maintenance products in more than 60 categories. The site allows for Hillyard to define an unlimited number of product categories and sub-categories, and products can be assigned to multiple categories. Wild-Webs provided training and documentation to Hillyard and has ensured that their goal of maintaining the site in-house was realized. Following the successful completion of the Hillyard e-commerce website, Wild-Webs was retained by Hillyard to develop an online Sales Force Customer Management and Order Entry System to replace its current PC based system. The custom online tools developed by Wild-Webs allows Hillyard sales reps and managers, working through a nationwide network of 27 distributors, to manage customer information, develop quotes, place orders, and generate sales reports for their respective territories.
